Shipping Policy – I and Eye

We aim to deliver your pieces as quickly and smoothly as possible.

If the item is ready and in stock, orders are delivered within 1–2 working days.

If the item is currently out of stock, it will take approximately 7–10 working days to be prepared and delivered. A confirmation message will be sent with the exact timeline.

Delivery Time

Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–2 working days

Other Governorates: 2–4 working days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

A confirmation message will also be sent before delivery to ensure accuracy and help avoid any returns.

Return Policy – I and Eye

We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase.

At Delivery  
You can check your order while the courier is waiting. If you choose to return any items on the spot, you will only be required to pay the shipping fee.

After Delivery  
If you decide to return an item after the courier has left, you can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Simply send us a message, and we will arrange for the courier to collect the item. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply. Once we receive the returned piece and confirm it is in its original condition, your payment will be refunded.

Conditions  
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

At Delivery  
You can check your order while the courier is waiting. You’re free to keep the pieces you like and return any items on the spot, paying only for what you decide to keep, plus the shipping fee.

After Delivery  
If you change your mind after the courier leaves, you can still request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Simply send us a message, and we’ll arrange for the courier to collect the item. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for both the return and the new delivery.

Price Differences  
If the new item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be refunded to you.  
If it is of a higher value, the difference can be paid upon delivery.
