Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required for all customized or personalized orders.
  Orders will not be processed until the required deposit is received.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery just in case of any defect in the actual piece
• Items must be unused, non-custom, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Deposit Policy on Returns
